Change Colours on 2 Website Background Images

I have 2 background images from a website which I need to change the colours on. So I would like somebody to create copies of these 2 websites with the new colours details below: [login to view URL] (attached) - The top colour needs changing to #113141 (solid colour without the texture used on the current image) and the middle colour needs changing to #54B2CC. The bottom part needs to remain the same (this part is white with a 1px border using #e5e5e5).
