Create interactive/ dynamic sliders with transition/rollovers for Prestashop site -- 2

Our Previous developer has brought the website within touching distance of completion from a design/ development perspective. this task is for those that are very knowledgeable with editing Prestashop, Smarty PHP and WordPress. The slider effects we wish to have, which are similar to the [login to view URL] site but with our product pictures/links. The 3 sliders will have clickable links to the products, that first appear in black and white and quickly transition to colour when the mouse rolls over. A photo mock up will be available in the attached project files so you can see the fonyfw effect on our website.
