Design a Logo, Favicons and Website Mockup

I need modern, elegant and lush Logo, Favicons and Website Mockup that will look awesome in phones and tablets. The Mockup has to be cleverly devised, while the Logo and Favicons have to be hip, memorable and unique. Freelancer must provide layered PSD files for all design elements, and must also submit several Font and Color Schemes. I prefer blue, because I know it inspires confidence in potential subscribers, so the scheme variations could turn around blue, but I am open to suggestions. I will also need the words for some sections of the website, as described below. The site will showcase technical articles for Spanish-speaking CPA’s in Latin America, and it´ll be run on the Divi theme of Elegant Themes, so if you have experience with this theme it’ll be a plus. I am looking for a creative designer & clever marketing type of freelancer more than anything. It’s the alluring, lavish looks and compelling words that I am after first, while programming comes second. Don’t mind the language as I will do the translation. The mockup will include the following sections (some of them require words): a) Homepage. For this page I will also need the words to entice readers to buy a membership or at least subscribe to a mail list. Besides the marketing stuff, this page will have a featured articles slider, and an author’s slider (kinda portfolio) that will display small pics in 2 rows, 10 CPAs at a time, when the user clicks a pic he gets redirected to the author’s page. It must have login, mail opt-in, and subscribe CTAs. I am thinking of including buttons, blurbs or whatever that can redirect the user to blog categories like audit, cost accounting, taxation, etc. but I am open to suggestions. The rest is up to the freelancer. b) Authors Page. Showcasing a nice large picture of the CPA, with his bio, resume and contact info. It will also have a section for his followers to leave messages, and will display excerpts of all the articles he’s posted. This section doesn’t need marketing words. c) Blog Page. A page to display all articles of all the CPAs, grouped by recent, popular & recommended. It will also have sections by theme, i.e. Taxation, Audit, Cost Accounting, Insurance, Investments, etc. These page must also have mail opt-in and subscribe CTA’s, so it will need a few marketing words to further entice readers to subscribe or opt-in. d) About us. An image or icon and some words to inspire confidence in potential subscribers. All pages must include social icons somewhere close to the top, and close to the bottom 2 big buttons, one with a disappointed guy icon and a “Complaints” caption, and one with a light bulb or a guy with a bright idea icon and a “Suggestions” caption . I have already designed a provisional website logo and featured articles slider, I will provide a password to mi site as well as further details of the project.
