change xml theme to wordpress

Hi i have one xml and i need to change this to wordpress theme. I need fully customized template. At bottom i need widgets fully customized, if i want to put one image, or facebook integration or whatever ... and left side need widgets too. (menu), categories, etc ... i need twiter and facebook integration at bottom of website . at bottom i have 4 blocks of testestestestesteste ... facebook integration and twitter i want to put this on left of 4 blocks. and another 2 blocks on right i need widgets customized. basicaly is it ... And i need design of custom logo of website. like king image, or maharaja ... i need to preview first logo images , and if i dont like, need to change or create new ... this project only finish with logo and website fully changed and customized to wordpress.
