Ok, no problem designing icons that are not flat and one color, but what should icons be about? do you have those 10-15 icons and you want to redesign them, or you need completely new icons with the same theme your current icons have? And one more thing, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw, since you need it in Vector design for resizing without loosing quality....?
