The functionality we would like building is a property upload system. This will allow our users to upload their own property to our website and it will push this info to our CRM - (Acquaint). They will fill in personal info, property info, upload photos and any supporting documents. It will be linked with Acquaint so when the user uploads a property, it will pre-populate the necessary fields in Acquaint. We can then review the property and approve it for upload to our website and the major portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc). Please see some examples of similar systems that our competitors use. User Experience We want a seamless user experience with every step appearing as easy to complete as possible. The process should be completed with the minimum number of clicks possible. Stage 1. - Call to action This will be on the home page. "Free listing for landlords. Enter your postcode to get started." Stage 2. - Personal info Name, email, phone number etc Stage 3. - Property info Rent price, bedrooms, bathrooms, address etc Stage 4. - Photo upload Stage 5. - Description Stage 6. - Supporting documents (EPC / proof of ownership etc / HMO license) Currently our CRM pushes properties out to the major portals but is unable to push them to our website. We believe this is because our website (built in Drupal) has not been formatted to receive information in this way. I'm sure you will need some further technical info - so please let me know what you need and I will do my best to find out / put you in touch with someone who can help.
