Android Tablet UI Design (only simple 3 Screens)

Hello, guys. need to convert Winforms UI to Android Tablet. (min sdk 19) Attached 4 screens, and forwarded style of android. only 4 screens. as you know, impossible to convert as same style and forms. need some creative and change yourself. no need logic. only 4 activities. important is to matching style as attachment, and matching with rotating screen. flat UI design oriented. (if you are an expert in this field, this job is for only 1 hr.) A person who offer with lower price will be winner. (any samples similar with this UI are good, also...) I need view and model. (not controller) (don't focus Hindi words, you can use any strings)
