Android friendly website with text files and simple FTP functionality

I need simple Android friendly website. I have text files with products database and customers database. I need one website with: On top: list to select customer name from [login to view URL] file On the middle: products names from [login to view URL] files with text field to input ordered quantity (numeric keyboard should be open on touching text field) On the bottom: Text field for some comment and Accept button to prepare and send text file with order to my FTP. I attached sample files. Generated order file should contain only products with filled quantity, actual date and next day date, client number and comment. Name of file should be like 'do ff [login to view URL]' where YYYYMMDDHHMMSS is actual date and time. I don't need any login page or special design. Only one simple page.
