Animal Illustrations with a Specific Given Style

I want real life animals to be transformed into illustrations, using a style similar to Liz Climo ([login to view URL]) and the cartoon TV show "We Bare Bears". I want the animals to have a style inspired from these two, especially from Liz Climo, but not be exactly the same since that would be copyright infringement. The two pegs have clean lines, are cute but modern, minimalistic, semi-realistic and proportioned to the its real life counterparts, and its colors are soft on the eyes. The illustrations will be embroidered onto high quality shirts, so please don't overdo shading and even then keep the shading clean and make sure the illustration looks high end. This is very important as this is what we're judging the sample on: the lines and curves should be smooth, clean, and thin, and we also look at the designer's skill in choosing the right colors and shades that stay true to the styles. I have other designers working on the same project, for $10 per animal for 10-15 animals so $100-150. If the company approves your samples, this will be recurring work of 20+ designs every 3-6 months. So I will need to see the samples first. I've attached cartoons of Liz Climo, screenshots from We Bare Bears, an illustration of an alligator done by one of my designers, and the sample animals (Golden Snub Nosed Monkey and Old English Sheepdog).
