I am looking for someone who can use this open source software to built me a an exchange. The greatest part about this software is it is free and already done. All you have to do is install it. I will be running the website on a hosting companies servers, so you will have to transfer it. Secondly I want a subscription feature in my website. Which can be turned on and off. Plus i want a fees feature just like another exchange. That can be turned on and off. If the user pays for subscription he gets free trades, but if the user doesn't pay the subscription he have to pay for trades just like any other exchange. The user should be able to deposit and withdraw funds using ACH bank transfers.
