I need a book cover design, a design of the layout pages with page numbers, a design of the chapter pages (with a main chapter title and a subtitle), a design of the table of contents page and a design of the introduction page with the title on top. The size of the book is 140mm x 210mm. It must be an InDesign book file and the page designs must be integrated as master pages. I'm expecting one InDesign book file, one Adobe Illustrator cover design, one InDesign document with 5 page designs.
