I require a rebate website to be built. Where shoppers will go through our website prior to the one they want to shop at so they can receive rebates into their paypal account. Please check [login to view URL] carefully and understand exactly how the website works. Ideally I would prefer the successful candidate to maintain the website and even get clients on board. The idea is the part of the rebate is kept by me and part given back to the customer. I have a rented server and the website is already registered.
