Build a Trivia Website in WordPress

Hi, We need a Trivia game website as per following requirements. The website must work in all devices including desktops/laptops, tablets and smartphones. 1. The website must be done in WordPress. 2. The ability to play Trivia. 3. The ability to add unlimited Trivia games, questions and answers from admin. 4. Players will sign up and pay a fee using paypal payment gateway. 5. Addition of different plans for players to purchase like trial, one month, three month etc. 6. Players will not play against each other, instead they will answer Trivia questions as quickly as possible individually. 7. The one who will answer the fastest will be the winner. 8. The winner will be sent a prize like smartphone, ipod etc. by owner of website. 9. A Trivia game will start once it reaches a minimum number of players. 10. Ability to add Trivia contests from the admin. 11. A score board should be there showing the top players for any/all contests at the moment. 12. You must be able to do high quality designs for all pages and show them to us as jpg/png files for approval. 13.
