Build a Website

Looking to have our existing website completely redesigned/redeveloped. We need a complete overhaul of all design elements including buttons, icons and awesome graphics provided. I will be very clear, the website should look EXACTLY like [login to view URL] or as closely as possible. That is the theme/font/style that we are after. Some of the key elements the new website will need to have: 1. All pages re-designed/overhauled (cannot affect SEO ground work) 2. Whole pager home page like [login to view URL] 3. New rounded edged buttons and icons that look professional 4. Video header option at top section of page 5. Possibly a separate page (say, [login to view URL]) that has an RSS feed aggregator available somewhere – need something I can simply insert all the RSS feeds I want and it displays it as a NEWS section like pinterest/newsboard 6. IN FUTURE - Might potentially need a members/log-in area 7. IN FUTURE - Might potentially need a shopping cart 8. Client Reviews & Video Testimonial Section at the bottom of homepage 9. Must have blogging capabilities 10. Customized aWeber subscription op-in form available on the bottom of all pages and the blog 11. Facebook/Google+ like buttons on all pages 12. Video testimonial section on home page 13. Must be FULLY MOBILE RESPONSIVE I have attached a mock-up of the home page. The party that will be awarded this project must first submit a design draft of the home page (keeping in line with [login to view URL] feel, design and style).
