Build a Website

We're a small Event & Entertainment business and we need a website like yesterday! Although we provide services for just about any event, we mostly focus on the entertainment provided for these events. We need a site with 5 tabs, buttons of options via interactive thumbnails. I hope the images provides of a similar sight will help because I'm having an issue explaining what we need. I.E you select Entertainment Options and a link page opens with A LOT of options... each link opens to similar buttons for a specific item with info for the item. You open the Christmas Service tab and again, more buttons that take to other items. The cool this is these items may come up under Private events or corp. events, etc. it's how they'll be packaged. See also the image for Corp. Events for example. You select it and it takes you to a page with more buttons... see Family Day button under Corp. Events. When you select it, it takes you to Family Fun Day with more buttons and when you select them, they take you back to the Entertainment Options page with all the links. Most of the buttons sort of all link together. We also want total ownership of the site. We need it coded with 100% open source with no encryption. Please help ASAP - looking forward to hearing from someone.
