Develop a simple website: home page with links to 1. a form (Google Drive form iframe) and 2. a page with list of floorplans linking each to a (pdf files). Develop mobile version with same content, plus direct call link and email link on home page. Some creative design will be required to update the current logo, color scheme and choose background picture & layout. Developer must be US based for ease of communication.
