Do you charge on sale? If yes, how much? How will the payment be split? 7. What payment gateway will you use? Will it be PayPal? And will it be adaptive payment? 8. Can a user who has uploaded a product also be able to search the site and buy a product from another user/merchant? 9. How is shipping calculated? 10. How are returns treated?
