Build a Website

I am looking for someone to make my website mobile- and tablet-ready. (iOS, Android, Windows -compatible) tranfering my old website to wordpress The first requirement is that it passes the google test that you can find on this link : [login to view URL] The second requirement is that, afterwards, I want to be able to modify the new website by myself (add text, items on the menu, change the meta titles)if i need to in the future. Or if the relationship with you goes well that you are not to expensive and you are fast to react i might use your services to change things on long term basis. Thirdly , I also need you to write detailed comments for everything you do / change etc. so that I know what has been changed and am aware about all the functionalities etc. This is very important. Also, I did quite a bit of SEO, so i want to keep my url identical and if you are able to make the code even cleaner to increase my google ranking or have further SEO advice, it will be a further advantage. – However, I am not looking for some black hat SEO tactics. I created my website with dreamweaver Finaly i would like to keep similar design and colour code I would need a quote for my first website [login to view URL] and a quote for 3 website as If I am satisfied with your work, we can talk about further jobs for my other two websites : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] They are based on the same template most of the differences lie in the CSS and colour schemes. I might want your advice to maybe add a google map , some video , Slideshow , a blog, a form to request appointment or other functionality that we can discuss or that you can propose. I am open to new ideas and new design approaches.
