Build a Website

OVERVIEW I would like to have a website built for managing rental properties. The website should be functional and I will then add further functions. For accessing the website there should be three different portals (i.e. different types of account with different access/read/write permissions) - a first portal for Real Estate Agents to upload documents and information that a Landlord can see. A Real Estate Agent should be able to see all properties they are managing. - a second portal for a Landlord to access the website and view particular information relating to their properties. The Landlord should not be able to modify information uploaded to the portal (e.g. by a Real Estate Agent) unless a document is provided with 'write' permissions to the Landlord. - a third portal for people (e.g. prospective tenants) to upload an application to lease a property, to make bond deposits and rental payments (e.g. by setting up direct debits or recurring transfers). There may also need to be a developer/support portal but I do not have a detailed understanding of such things. The payment part of the third portal may need to be implemented later since it would depend on the types of authorities required to effect payment in different countries. DELIVERABLES 1.
