I need a website built for our real estate development company. I would like it to clone site for [login to view URL], but be able to customize the text/graphics for our company. We would also need the website to use a CMS that allows us or future admins to change content/pages/updates.
The site should tell visitors about our company, services, team members, contact info, and provide information on our real estate investment opportunities (in both a tile or gallery format, with a link to a detail page for each property or fund offering).
This website should also include blog postings, a news section, and a FAQ or education section. I'd like the site to be based on a CMS that allows us or future admin to later modify content, add pages, etc . . . I’d like to be able to integrate video and lead capture, too. Our current site is a "place-holder" site hosted by godaddy. I have a logo, but might consider a re-branding.
Our business: Our company provides real estate investment services to private investors and property owners. We acquire properties and also develop properties. Investors may purchase properties directly, or invest in managed fund offerings using Reg D 506(c) offerings.
Some sites with some similar functions (but much larger companies with sites larger than I need or want right now): [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
Model site: I really like the clean look, color and layout of this site below. The business model and information on the site is actually very close to our company's strategy as well. I could see myself cloning it and then customizing info to fit our specifics. [login to view URL] I don’t want something over cluttered or complicated. I tend to like light background and use of blue. I would also consider a re-branding, logo re-design. Let me know if you need some more specifics and how long it you expect it to take to get a proposal together.
