Looking for someone good and affordiable to create a new top index page using HTML5 standards, replicating the look, feel and function of our existing layout. While improving it so it works with smart phones and tablets. In hopes of creating a new template page that we can then drop and paste content from existing pages, then resave the pages to recreate each section of the site that we hope to relaunch on the new site. Additionally, will likely need a new top banner image.. representing the new name.
