Build a visually pleasing prototype web site that is device independent and based on Responsive web Design (WRD). Could lead to ongoing part-time assignments.

Create an ASP.NET/Web Forms website based on Responsive Web Design concepts using Bootstrap framework. Two master pages are needed - one for the website itself and one for members pages. Each master page should have its own nice looking horizontal menu. Each menu tab should have submenu in the form of a dropdown list. The design of the site should be modern, clean, and mobile-responsive. The homepage needs to be engaging, with good photos, a with a button at the top that calls for action. The member login link - when logged in, the "Member Login" link should be replaced with member name and a drop menu with several options (i.e. "Account", "Log out", etc.). We need home page, about us page, and registration pages.
