Build a website with android hybrid application

its a service based site. am adding the details in a doc what are the functionalities are there in it. also am explaining little bit here. this is a company who ll provide the services like grocery, medicine, food with categorized list of services based on location and address. three types users there. 1 user. who ll check the list of items and order from the website or android application. by checking the list of all the products. for medical they have to submit the photocopy of the pricription of the doctor. or they can order using the pricription only. while they going to place an order they have to enter the location address as well as the location must be captured from the device. to deliver the list of product currectly. if the order has been placed successfully. then that needs to alert the second user(merchant ) & admin. with details of the order. here the they needs to accept the order that ll be alerted the user with they are going to start the deliver within 30mins. time. after delivery they ll submit the delivery submition button. then the user needs to get the popup of get alerted with the feedback and rating system. the user is having the wallet system to transfer the funds to other users as well as to bank. the user can order with the wallet money also. a complaint section if any user is having the problem with order id they needs to complain. so, every order ll generate the order id. 2 marchant user : they can create their account like normal user. but, its for marchant account they can set their name like restuarent name. they can add the products with images along with the quantity and veg or non veg and price. name of the product. etc. they can modify the list of products details at any time. as well as these can be added in a catagerised way. like salads, biryani, sandwich, etc. like that. am attaching the images. please check it. this type of account also having the wallet system to get the money to withdraw the money. and transaction history and all. before registering they have to selct the plan and complete the registration. its yearly plan. they ll get the orders and order notifications and all. they can give the feedback after delivering the order 3 admin: admin having the privillags of all the things they can block the users and as well as merchants. needs to check the account (merchant ) orders and transactions history and check all the transactions of orders and payments. users details, merchant details and products and what categeries they are providing. needs to modify the if the products are having some mistakes. merchant payment requests when they needed as well as user payment(bank transfer requests). order notifications like if any user is ordered. and merchant accept requests and delivered notifications feedbacks and all. please check the requirements and all.
