Character Keeper Sheet and Sticker

Modify existing PDF document. Intended to be printed in landscape mode on standard legal sized paper. PDF to have "fillable" and drop down options. Must be able to communicate well in English. Multiple "areas" and 3D effects with shadows and colors etc. Document is to be used as a "Character Sheet" and organizer for a table top roleplay game. (Similar to the Dungeons and Dragons roleplay game) and will be inserted into a custom designed wooden character organizer that is already in production. I have attached below a VERY butchered version of the document created in publisher. This is the document that needs to be recreated from the ground up as a PDF to have a more professional and consistent appearance.
