Chibi character maker need

My name is Claudia Mesquita. After working for 13 years in the Research and Development department of a major Portuguese Graphic Company (Ambar, SA) as an artist and graphics designer, I started off as a freelancer in this area. I have got a vast experience in drawing (manual or vector art) photo mask and retouching, editing and final arts. After graduating in “Marketing Management” at the Portuguese School of Marketing and Administration (IPAM), I have completed professional trainings in Photoshop, Freehand and QuarkXpress.  Furthermore, I have a large experience in Illustrator and Indesign Adobe software. I can assure picture character according to the desired requirements. Even when I was the best candidate and start the job, the first day I will outline shape the character of the iconic images and ratio.
