Clone with new design

Hello, The project is something like a clone work in programming but new and fantastic in design. Clone site like [login to view URL] - This site has 1 .php file that hyip monitors should upload it on their root and this file read needed info from their sql database and update [login to view URL] depended in these info which it gets from many hyip monitors for HYIP programs. (each hyip program is listed in a specific page in [login to view URL]). - When we go to that specific page we can see all monitor images of different hyip monitors which have listed that specific HYIP program. and also some other info. It shows total paying/notpaying/problem/waiting statuses of hyip monitors and counts them for each program. - In .php file I saw it reads domain name of each program too (for your info) - People can vote and write idea for each program with their facebook, twitter, G+ accounts. - At details page of each added program we can see monitor images of hyip monitors and can take a look at them with or without ranking filter of monitoring. - I think admin have ability to edit some part of info for each program. - About 90% of hyip monitors are similar and I can say they all use one of 3 famous scripts. - Also I have [login to view URL] special .php file that can give it to you. But [login to view URL] gets info of 6-7 famous hyipmonitors without it's special .php file also. Because I don't think those monitors upload that .php file on their hosts. - Check all parts of it. I think it is fully automated about all parts. Please tell me if I am wrong. - Website has advertising area that is automated for booking and purchasing banner ads. - Website should be mobile and tablet friendly and CEO optimized (Very important) and with html5 and css3. CEO Will calculated with woorank website. - Design and front-end - back-end and user experience should be very well, low volume and high quality. - There is not any user account and is not needed. But a powerful webmaster area is needed to check every thing and edit if is needed. - Security is important also. admin area should not be fined by others.
