Need a conceptual design for a site for people to find out what’s happening around a community – from local events, restaurant openings, news, jobs, blogs etc. Key features are 1. RSS feed of local news and blog content (specific to the area) 2. Upcoming events in the area 3. Instagram feeds for particular area (pulling relevant hashtags) 4. Service offerings (plumbing, renovation, property insurance, etc.) 5. House price index for the particular area 6. Job postings 8. Property listing for sale,rent (including rooms for rent) 9. Certified partner (agent, appraisers, lawyers, etc.) 10. Business listings and search directory 11. Property heatmap in the area (transaction prices etc.) 12. Other things to be added as required. This is something we can do in-house but we are looking for something more out of the box. Hence, will only consider designers who has very strong portfolio.
