Corporate Identity

Background I am buying an existing company - an internet-based retailer of tactical gear (mostly to the military). The business has around 2,000 products including rucksacks, boots, sleeping gear, etc. I will be doing a complete revamping of the business to massively scale it up. I need to have a fresh corporate identity. I am ex-Special Operations and this is part of my theme and comparitive advantage. Deliverables I have a corporate name, tag line, and design principles / cues I want you to incorporate. Your primary responsibility will be the creation of the logo and incorporation of the corporate name and tag line into the corporate identity. I would like basic usage instructions / pantone details etc. so that a printer or other vendor can understand what needs to be done in compliance with the corporate identity you've designed. I also want an innovative business card design, basic stationery, and applications for the identity ranging from signage to t-shirts etc. I have a full brief available.
