I am looking for someone to setup a FB post for my site where when the person clicks they will get a signup form with name, email. This could be used to give away an item or signup for newsletter type item. Attached is a more complex one than I would need. But just to give you an idea, the user clicks on the ad then they see this to fill out. I want to be able to modify the form/images etc so I can change it up as needed. Not sure what all is needed so if you are not familiar with this don't even bid on the job. I have a wordpress based site that I can share the content from and have access to any programming need
