Create a Video to Promote Company

Hi, My company, 24x7 Media Production, sells audio and video production services. I am looking at an explainer video of ~1.5 minutes to promote the services. I have the script ready but need someone to do their magic. I have done my research on sites like Fiverr. Most of the gigs are using tools like video scribe but I found the quality to be poor; especially, the ones that are made using stock libraries - they look awful. The issue is not with the tool but the limited set of 'not-so-good-looking' cliparts. I have a prohibitive budget so I am looking at something that is affordable yet effective. I am not married to illustrations since I understand they can be costly. A quick, neat, vectorized video will also do the trick. Here is what I need: 1. The video using the script that I will share 2. The video should be vibrant with peppy music 3. Voiceovers (I'm open to ideas - tell me if you can supply voiceovers. If not, I will need help with VO integration) 4. The video should be in mp4 format so that I can upload it on Vimeo or similar websites Please share your proposals with your details, the tool that you will use, and your portfolio links. Again - let me reiterate that I am not looking at something fancy. An effective vector-based 2D animation will work as against hand drawn illustrations.
