Creation of a multiuser online database

Hello, We are an association that promote and manage a large amount of comunnity defibrillators. Now we want create our tracking online database. We are looking for someone who can create the project and is ready to work with us to improove the platform (of course each improovement is a new project). The idea is that each local group has a separate access to the platform and can manage theyrs AED. Here the basic spec: Global idea - multi user platform - User friendly (not only a form page but a minimum of user interface) - Smartphone friendly - Multi language via language file (sorry, in switzerland we speak 3 languages) - Possibility to create, print and send raports in pdf - E mail reminders - Integration with google map Admin - create, suspend and delete users accounts - Create, suspend and delete admin accounts - Reset users passwords - Can see the list of users and for each user can see the total number of customer and number of AED - Can see, create and edit customers and aed entry for each user - Admin can see on a map where each AED is located and can filter by user Users - manage theyr account (change password, add information like adress, add theyr logos,...) - Create and manage customers list - Search inside his customer and AEDs database - User can see on the map where each of his AED is located For each customer - basic informations (name, adress, contacts,...) - add and delete AED (more AEDs for each customer possible) - Possibility to print a customer sheet with all the information and all the AEDs informations For each AED - basic information - Serial number - Battery and patch expiration date - Visual indication for the expiration date: on tha main screen user can see all the AED managed with green light if everything is ok, orange light if patch or battery expire soon (3 month before) and red light if something has expired - Email is sent to the user if somenthing has expired - Possibility to add a logbook with date and action done - Possibility to print and send via email the AED information sheet Something we like but not shure will be possible - each AED has serial number. The idea is that using [login to view URL] anyone can see basic informations of the AED (where is placed, owner, expiration date), like a whois for websites - On the map, each aed pin change color based on the expiration schema (red, orange and green) For this project, 3 milestones will be created and released as follow: - 1/3 after the main structure is created and working (just field) - 1/3 after the platform is almost done (user interface) - 1/3 once the project is done
