Customise a worpress theme to create my website

I am new to freelancer.com and I am looking to get some feedback established and as such I am needing to price myself incredibly low so as to gain some sort of advantage over the competition. With that being said, I think you should hire me for the following reasons: - I am professional - I do this and a number of other nerdy IT things for a day job, though I am looking to start making a bit more money on the side (just being honest!) - I have a wealth of experience - I have been doing web development for the company that I work for for about 10 years, though unfortunately due to my contract, I am not allowed to use any sites that I have worked on/created as a portfolio, hence my brutally low price. - I am UK-Based - I see a little UK flag next to your name, so I can only assume you're based in the Britain that is Great, as such we're in the same timezone, and we speak exactly the same language. - I need to prove myself - I am in a position where I want to do a really good job, for not a lot of money. I simply need something to go into a portfolio, and a few gold stars under my name. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to build your site, and I won't rest until you're happy with it. Just to make sure that I am not paying you to take your job, my price assumes that you have webhosting and a domain name already. If not, I offer hosting and a domain for £60/yr.
