Design a Logo & cover page

I require multiple logos created for a business. The first logo: - Sports/health/fitness specific - The name is "Corporate HIIT" - One logo, is to be created incorporating the "Corporate HIIT" name - the other logo, is to be a design using a fitness/gym/workout type theme or look with no name, just the logo image design (see the example attached). I want different versions of these logos to be made, inclusive of a vector file, tiff, png and jpg. All to be compatible with Adobe InDesign. I have attached an example, however I want something much more professional. I need this completed in one week, no longer. I have also attached an example of a Cover page created in InDesign, that I need to re-designed to a much more professional/corporate look. All the information required on the cover page is in the example, inclusive of the abovementioned requested logo design (top right hand corner). The specifics for the cover page include: - health/fitness/corporate theme - keep it simple, to the point - bold design - needs to be interesting to a group of smart / corporate consumers - include all text in example - include new and improved logo design - I want the master version to be created in Adobe InDesign, so if needed, I can amend text. - I want versions to be sent and made in PDF, png, and Adobe InDesign.
