Design T-Shirts in Bulk for Upcoming T-Shirt Shop

We are currently seeking to hire 1-3 designers to help us launch a new tshirt company. We would be seeking a long term, on and off volume partnership where projects to complete bulk designs would be given to be completed within certain time frames. The tshirt ideas would mostly be presented to you to create either similar to or nearly exact replicas of (within copyright limits of course and also to maintain our own feel). Sometimes, we may ask for more original ideas to be created from your head or ours but currently, we are seeking to recreate tshirt designs that are trending at the moment. The designs will be bold and simple both in graphics and text as the shirts will be printed in one color ink. I have attached many references of styles that we like for your reference. Images such as this will be provided to our designers to use as guidelines for the recreations we are seeking. Some shirt designs are just text while others are both text and graphics. While we realize text designs are less time consuming than text and graphic designs, we wish to pay in bulk to meet a medium average rate for both types of designs in bulk. This project is for the first 50 designs to be completed within 3-4 weeks of hire. We wish to open our shop with 250-500 unique designs. The amount of designs we will be seeking from each of the 1-3 designers we hire will depend on several factors including your availability, speed, ability to create similar illustrations as referenced and flexibility on pricing. We are open to discussing an overall price of bulk projects once we know all of the factors listed above. If you are interested in designing 100-200 designs within 4-6 weeks, we are happy to discuss expanding this project to suit both our needs. Please also note that we will be opening 4-5 tshirt shops that will require hired graphic design help as well once this initial shop is open.
