Design a Website Mockup for non-profit

I am looking for a website design for a simple website. It is for a Christian non-profit organization that uses the creation and growth of small business to fight against poverty in remote communities of Southeast Asian. The website is currently in a parallax format but it is lacking design and graphics to make it look nice. The website consists of: 1) a main page with full picture slider for announcements 2) What we do (introduction) 3) Why we do (the vision and goal) 4) How you can help (buttons to donate) 5) Who we are (about us) 6) and a contact section There also needs to be a small section for media to post up pictures or videos but I'm not sure where that fits in, possibly a gallery section. Once design as been approved, I will need the designer to provide all graphics in a vector format so that it can be implemented according to the design. Budget is $200.
