Design a Website PSD Mockup -Modern and creative

Hello, I am looking for a very talented graphic designer to create a PSD mockup for a Wordpress website. I am looking for someone that can continue to work with me in the long term on many projects, so need someone who has a very good understanding of English, Very fresh and modern design techniques and can create designs to fit the type of business that the design is about. This first design will be a test project which will be creating a design for my own business website.. My business will be providing Small business web development, SEO services, IT and computer services and web hosting. My logo is Dark grey, with a small red section to it, I want a nice modern design with some creativity added in to give it a unique look. While this sounds very tech related, I need someone who can design a very creative design that is a little bit different but also professional. My type of design, looks and features are similar to the websites listed below... I like very modern, clean, simple but visually pleasing designs. I would like the freelancers to send a real portfolio of designs that have this kind of modern style and creativity. I do not want to see portfolios for every website you have done, I would like to see your examples that relate to this kind of design. I am not looking for a web developer at the moment, I just need a good graphic designer to create the mockup. I will not accept any automatic bids that do not address my project personally.
