Design a YouTube Banner

I need an image made in Photoshop that is going to be the banner of my YouTube channel. Once you completed the image, you can send me a water marked image, and if I decide to go with yours, I will pay you. I AM NOT GOING TO CHOOSE YOU BASED ON JUST PUTTING A BID IN. SEND ME WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR AND IF YOU’RE ON THE RIGHT PATH I’LL CHOOSE YOU AND WE CAN WORK ON THE FINER DETAILS AND TOUCHUPS. The overall details are below. Attached is also a rough drawing to showcase my vision of what I’m looking for. Feel free to add your own artistic touch to it. Image specs: - Size is 1546 x 423 - Black Border with glow as depicted. I don’t want a solid color line. I want it to glow. It can be a rectangle or any other design you think would look good, this is just a baseline. - All three characters (wizard, warrior, and archer) will be a black silhouette that will sit flush against the black border. - The negative space between the characters and lettering is up to you. Do what you think looks good. - Each character, lettering, and glow effects should be its own layer. Lettering: - Letter size id up to you, whatever looks good. I want it to be a block style, but I’ll leave it up to you for size and style. - “THE WEEKLY” will be flush with the black border at top. I want a yellow/gold glowing around the lettering. - Gamers is also block letters. If you can do some sort of lighting effect or texture effect inside the letters, I am open. Again, feel free to manipulate the size. Characters: - The mage will be a black silhouette with the staff glowing light blue and the orb glowing light blue - The warrior will be a black silhouette with a Battle Axe glowing red - The archer will be a black silhouette with the bow, arrow, and quiver glowing green I want the original Photoshop file and the high resolution output file also in order to be paid.
