Design banners & promotional materials for Wholesale jeweler -- 2

We are looking for a graphic designer to work with us on some website and promotional banners/ads for our online jewelry store. On average, we may require you to complete 2-3 design projects per month for us. The number of projects may vary, depending on whether it is the high or low season. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, good communication skills, a commitment to producing high-quality designs, and at least 1-2 years experience in graphic design. We often have time sensitive projects, and so we would need someone who could produce their designs in a timely fashion. *A designer who has worked in the jewelry industry is preferred. We pay $10-15 per banner/ad, depending on dimensions. We will require PSD files of all banners/ads.
