Design a html email

I need to have a couple emails created to send to my email list. These emails are for a dance competition. I will be uploading an image of our previous email to give you an idea of what kind of design ideas we are looking for. We want the same feel but for it to look different. We have Logos ( will be attached) and a list of things that need to be in the email. List of things that need to be included: EXCITING NEWS ! ! !
