I need the image I have attached re-created in a high resolution vector format. The file attached is the only image I have. The main party I need created the same is the flowers. They should look the same. The banner can have some variance to it. All I need it the flowers and the banner. I do not need any text. The completed image must be in a high resolution vector format that can be used for large signs as well as small items too. I need this project completed within 24 hours of starting.
