Develop and web design Wordpress template -- 2

I need to create a WordPress website for my client. The new website will not be including electronic shopping, but has to be perfect for viewing on the mobile (equal to [login to view URL]). The current website to do the redesign is this: [login to view URL] 00. This is the Home page design: [login to view URL] 01. These styles Pages should be similar to this: [login to view URL] 02. The catalog / product gallery must be equal to this: [login to view URL] 03. The site must be equipped with portfolio Portfolio because my client wants to enter any articles of clothing models, but users do not buy directly. 04. The site's home page with all its boxes should be completely manageable by my client through the administration panel. They must be able to change all the boxes at any time. 05. I Prefer Avada as a template, but I'm open to any solution. 06. The site must have a loading time of 2/3 seconds max. 07. On the new web site I need to integrate the same store locator plugin ([login to view URL]). I provide a directory of test development before replacing the site with the existing one. The freelancer must develop the website in few days. I send the PSD design of the Home page, page insider, and Catalog online. The budget for the project is low, but this work is great for freelancers who want to increase the number of feedback.
