Website design improvement

Hi My website is [login to view URL] and I plan to have some modifications and updates on my current websites. I want to have new design and style. The contents of the website will stay same but there are some changes as below. [login to view URL]’s posting made in the main page [login to view URL] style, both html and CSS files needed to be submitted. 3. New webpage will support 5 languages (Eng, Spanish, Chinese, KOR, French) 4. HTML 5 and responsive website (screen shots of the full and small screen required) 5. The main page also needs to contain the procedure to use the website for the clients A client posts legal case (from the main page) -> email notification to the registered lawyers (only notify to the lawyer whose legal area and practice state matching) -> lawyer visit the website -> review the client’s legal case -> if the lawyer wants to advertise his/her service to the client, the lawyer replies to the posting and email notification to the client -> the client logins again to review the lawyer’s review -> reply to the lawyer’s reply if more info needed You may simplify this and add some pictures and I recommend to put the procedure below the legal help posting location. Any creativity or suggestions are more than welcome and big plus in the contest.
