A complete website for a British Pub

I currently own a domain name for a public house which I have, but there is no website there at present. I would like you to build and design a website in PHP using MySQL. I have the plans for the planned refurbishment in a PDF document which I will release to the winning bidder so they can get a feel of what the pub will look like once complete, and build/design a website around this. There are a few things which I require in addition to the standard 'welcome' page: 1) What's on. This should be a complete page where I am able to login to something and create an event and add a flyer/image if available to showcase anything special that's coming up. I would like this done via a back-end solution. I would also like a smaller version to be displayed on the homepage - something like a news real where people can click to be taken to the main 'whats on' page. There should be a backend system where I or another user can 'login' and update/add what's on. Hopefully that made sense? 2) I would like a form where potential bands/singers etc can 'Request to play' at the venue. They will be able to complete a short form with there details, contact information, what they are (e.g. a band or a solo singer, hypnotist etc) and have the option to upload a video/audio file or link to something they have already online and basically send a demo or a flyer or something of that nature. 3) The contact page needs to include google maps as well as a contact form which will be sent to my email address. 4) I require a feature where I am able to take the site offline and select to show a particular page. e.g. I could show a page showing 'We're currently improving your local pub and we're set to reopen on whatever date' - that's one example. Or I could take the site offline and select to show a typical 'Website is currently undergoing maintenance' page. I should be able to add a new design of page and have the ability to select that page when I'm taking the site offline. This should be done via backend login system - using the same as the 'whats on' above. 5) Similar to the contact form, there should be a page where people are able to apply for a job. They would fill in a form with there details and submit a CV. Again, this is to be sent to my email address. The pub will also be known for slowing sports. I would like to ensure it's noted we have an extensive beer garden, we are family friendly and we accept dogs. Because of the refurbishment, I will be unable to get actual photos of the finished pub until the works are complete, however there should be space for me to easily be able to add them. I would be happy if a template image was used until I had taken the photos, and I will replace them when I have them. I would like the site to integrate with Social media and for Facebook page/feed to be shown. However, this is something we can discuss further. The 'feel' of the website should be based very much on a modern but traditional British pub (as shown when I send you the PDF document showcasing the works) BUT I would like all the modern advantages of excellent website design and features. Trying to make it as interactive as possible, accessible on mobile devices and across a web browser. I will be happy to talk across email, phone, SMS or mostly any other form of communicating quickly and efficiently. I really require someone who is looking to start fairly quickly. Once the website is designed, I will own full copyright of the design and layout etc of the website and it should not be used for another client/customer.
