Hi, my name is Matt and can create a web script for you (22 years an IT developer and webmaster). Your task requires statistical "engine" on the server, capable of reading Excel files. While this can be done using PHP or Python I would go for R (statistical programming language) with its Shiny (server version that runs on Linux and Mac). So please tell me your options. For reading, comparing and exporting your 3rd Excel file the R language and script created for you are natural and logical solution. If you don't have a Linux web (server) hosting that offers remote logging in and installing a Shiny set of scripts then the PHP solution will be created. Looking forward to your reply, Matt
