Pls dont award before discussing I have gone through with your requirement and have found that you want to modify your application which is specially work to maintain the project. Now, Project can be "introduced" to a Steering Committee member or requested on-line. User will be able to generate the report after generating the report. I am assuming that Admin will be able to approve or decline the report, allot to the user and maintain the progress as well. Now, I want to specify some points before comment anything or giving you any suggestion, please find my query below: 1. In the report request form their is a field Report Source, can you please specify this? 2. There is an option to select the database can you please specify this option? 3. Please specify the attributes: Fields to Show, Grouped By and Sorted By. 4. I am assuming that after submitting the report it goes for review and it will be approved by some stake holders. So, can you please specify the users stakeholders? The Report Library page is using for approval correct? 5. Have bit confusion on the use of the distribution button and Frequency button. 6. I have not found that from where the task is assigning to anyone? 7. After click on a request their is an option to enter the comment with time that how many hours users has spent for this.
