Clone a responsive website from and make few alterations from PSD

The job would be easy because it is an example site to be cloned but I have few alterations in a PSD and maybe you have to modify the javascript as well. (not sure) example site: [login to view URL] everything like ease animation and media queries would be the same BUT my grid would be different as you see on the attached image so maybe it will need to alter the code as well.
