angular.js Expert Needed to Work django Web Apps

Looking for an Expert Front-End Dev who can tweak and update existing front-end of a django web apps that use angular.js. Please bid if: - You are an expert with angular.js and know how to make responsive design websites. - You are an individual (companies and teams not wanted for this job). - It would be good if you know how to interact with a Python / django back-end but the key skill needed is front-end for this job.
