College Project on Handwriting Recognition System

Hi, I already have such a project ready that you are asking for. It is implemented in MATLAB. It takes a number of training samples of different writers (from Database), removes all space between words and then between lines from each sample to get a texture. Features are then extracted from this texture using LPQ and stored. When any new unseen sample is given to it, it will classify it using Support Vector Machines and display the writer to whom this handwriting belongs to. If you want I can show you the work on TeamViewer. Of course we will modify it according to your exact requirements the way you want.
