Greetings, I have read and understood the kind of space rental platform that you need and I can develop it with python django for the backend and bootstrap for the frontend which will be responsive both mobile and web. I intend to use an agile approach to develop this platform through a combination of git , heroku and trello with weekly sprints for tracking the development status. With this you could see the platform evolve. Based on the requirements you have specified I don't see anything difficult. What I would like a little more detail about is the video encoding ?
