Hello I have considerable experience developing sites in the Drupal CMS and this should be a fairly easy to complete project. I do some freelance work on here but my day job is managing the Drupal environment for one of the larger universities in Canada (~30,000 students and ~4,000 faculty/staff/instructors) with 800+ sites, so I have at one time or another dealt with just about every possible request of something that a person could want on a site, and rarely is there something that can't be done in Drupal.
